Our Return Policy on Faulty and Damaged Goods:

 

We do not accept returns due to change of mind. However, we do have a satisfaction guarantee, please refer to below for details.

We accept returns within 30 days due to damaged and faulty goods as follows:

  • Faulty products received upon delivery
  • Products damaged during delivery
  • Wrong item or size shipped
Return Process for faulty or damaged goods:
1) Please complete the ‘Contact Us’ form or email us Sales@Cheekiboo.com.au with a brief description and photos 
2) We will respond within 48 hours with a reference number for the return
3) Please retain your original shipping package as this will allow you to easily return the items by indicating as “Return to Sender” 

4) Return shipping cost for any faulty or damaged goods will be payable by us 

 

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We are a small family-owned business and we rely on happy returning customers.  While we do not accept refunds due to change of mind, we do offer a 14 trial period as stated below. 

Please note that postage is not refundable. However, we will happily refund your full purchase price if, within 14 days of receiving your goods, the items are returned in the following conditions:

1) Modern Cloth Nappies – Unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition 
2) Disposable biodegradable nappies – at least 80% of the content is returned unused and in their original condition (ie. not damaged, not dirty and not used)
If multiple packs are purchased, then the 80% is applicable to the first pack. While the additional packs are required to be returned unopened with 100% of its content in their original condition.
3) Biodegradable bamboo water wipes – at least 80% of the content is returned unused and in their original condition (ie. not damaged, not dirty and not used)

Why am I allowed to use some of the disposable nappies and wipes yet still return for a full refund ?
We are a small business which focuses on quality rather than quantity and we want our customers to be able to try our products with confidence. However, to prevent any misuse of this policy, we will require customers to return at least 80% of the contents in their original condition.
